Disappointed

So very disappointed in the Sunshine Classic Poultry Show in Lake City, FL. Online resources say "first weekend in January" and "January 7-8." No times listed anywhere other than "judging starts at 9am (but on what day?)". Facebook page says nothing about dates, times, etc. and is virtually blank. Event wasn't even listed on the Columbia County Fairgrounds marquee. We went up there this morning (Jan. 8) and at 10:15am people were packing up and leaving. We were told that Best of Show was this morning and now it's over. If it's only a Saturday show, just SAY SO. If I were a vendor, I would be ticked off; think about how many people (like me) were planning on attending on Sunday. The organizers really need a media-savvy person to promote their show.
