Female Bantams

I am only interested in females. Either bantams or breeds that stay very small. Egg production is not super important. I would like good temperment & fairly quiet birds.
I live in Middle Tennessee, so our summers are hot. Winters are cold, but rarely below freezing.
I can raise babies, but would really prefer to find something at least a few weeks old.
