First show

This was my son's first show last February. What a great show. He learned a lot. Everyone was very helpful. Other juniors helped show him the ropes. There was also a lot to do. Raffles, chicken poop bingo, food. It was cold though, so this year we will be better prepared. Excellent venue.

Wonderful!
by: Sandy Kavaaugh

Congratulations on your and your son's first show! It sounds like y'all had a great time, and learned a lot. If you soon feel an urgent need to attend another show soon, that's completely normal- it's so easy to become addicted to exhibiting poultry. It's also a great way to enjoy a family activity. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and thanks to those who went out of their way to help a new exhibitor into the wonderful world of exhibition poultry!
