MY #1 LINE IS A GREAT LINE OF HERITAGE BARRED ROCKS,THESE HERITAGE BIRDS ARE LARGE AND BEAUTIFUL WITH GREAT BARRING THAT CONFORMS TO THE STANDARD, THEY ARE UPRIGHT AND A VERY HEAVY LINE. SEE ATTACHED PICTURES.
I ALSO HAVE WHAT I CALL #2 LINE WHICH IS BREAD FOR BETTER EGG PRODUCTION SINCE THE HERITAGE BIRDS DO NOT LAY AS OFTEN AS THE HATCHERY LAYERS DO, LINE #2 LOOKS ARE CONFORMING TO THE STANDARD AND WITH SHOW QUALITY BARRING BUT BREAD FOR PRODUCTION AND A BIT LIGHTER IN WEIGHT AND UNLIKE THE #1 LINE WILL LAY 5-6 EGGS A WEEK THE FIRST YEAR FOR YOU, THE #1'S WILL LAY 2-3 EGGS A WEEK.
